The following is a list of products and their descriptions for the Woods Mill Distillery.

WoodsMill Harvest Apple:

This product formula and label is currently approved by ATF-TTB and we expect the first bottling

in late summer 2014. Harvest Apple is a “Brandy” (as described under Title 27 of the Code of

Federal Regulations, Chapter 1, Part 5, Section 5.22). Harvest Apple is an Apple Brandy from locally

available sources of apples and juice. The new make spirit has been short aged in Toasted oak

wine casks from local wineries at 130 proof. The final Brandy product has a honey brown color,

a nose of vanilla, and a flavor rich in sweet, oaky, apple skin. Harvest Apple will be bottled at 82

percent of proof in 375mL glass containers.

WoodsMill Old Corps Virginia Bourbon:

This product is currently in production and not available for sale. It is planned for release in

2016 and will be prepared as a “Straight bourbon” (as described under Title 27 of the Code of

Federal Regulations, Chapter 1, Part 5, Section 5.22). This product will be our premium brand and is

planned to be a distilled product from a multigrain mash mixture at 144 percent of proof. The

new make spirit is planned to be aged in new, charred oak barrels for at least two years at 126

percent of proof. The final Bourbon whisky product is expected to be a medium brown color

bottled at 86 percent of proof.

WoodsMill Harvest Moon:

This product is currently in by ATF-TTB and we expect the first bottling in late summer 2014. It

is currently not available for sale. It is planned for production in 2014 and will be prepared as a

“Whisky” (as described under Title 27 of the Code of Federal Regulations, Chapter 1, Part 5, Section 5.22)

. This product is planned to be a distilled product from a multigrain mash mixture at or near150

percent of proof. The final whisky product will be a clear, new make spirit at proof yet to be

determined.

WoodsMill Harvest Oak:

This product is currently Not in production and not available for sale. It is planned for future

production and will be prepared as a “Whisky” (as described under Title 27 of the Code of Federal

Regulations, Chapter 1, Part 5, Section 5.22). This product is planned to be a distilled product from a

multigrain mash at or near144 percent of proof. The new make spirit will be aged in Toasted

oak casks three to six months at 126 percent of proof. The final whisky product will be a light

brown at proof yet to be determined.
